History of Pasoslargos winery
In 1.999 born PasosLargos Winery, with the dream of the López family, to founding a small and family winery, where they could express their passion for care of their vineyards and affection in the elaboration of their wines.
In PasosLargos Winery, we agree with a natural oenology, that can respect, the bio – diversity in our vineyards, and where to express all the potential of our land, with the least posible intervention in our wines.
Even being in Andalusia, Ronda enjoys a continental climate, it rains a lot, it has many hours wiht sunlight, and termal change between night and day, that gives our wines a special personality. A wine just can special, when it shows the carácter of its creators.
Ronda is a city hold up in time and in the mountains. Peaceful and honely, in their lands, Romans, Arabs and Christians, have cultivated the vine since 2.000 years ago.
Elegant city, where bullfighting was born. Bandit place. Has seen birth two of the greatestt dynasties that has given the history of bullfighting, The Romero and The Ordoñez famaly and have seen two of the most famous bandits die, like Pasoslargos.
